Trello, @Trello is one of my new hot favorites. It is a very convenient, user friendly tool, simple but still powerful enough to deal with collaboration and complex projects. If you have not seen it, try it out in your organization.

You can organize all activities with different private (you) boards or company boards where you can assign different activities to people who own it. Each board area can be divided into what you want to call it such as; Ideas, To Do, Doing, Done, Follow up... Each task is a card and you drag and drop and flip the cards around as you progress. Alerts, timestamps and different ownerships are all supported. A card can have one or several members.

Trello works on all devices, apps for mobile and tablets. Trello has more than 5 million users and are presently giving you one month Trello Gold for free. Trello Free version works great. Regular pricing for Gold is $5 per month. In addition to Trello Gold, there is Business Class at $8.33 per user/month. Premium Power-Ups including integrations with Evernote, Github, Google Hangouts, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, and more. File attachments up to 250MB and for even more features, Enterprise Class at $20.83 per user/month.

I use Trello both on laptop and mobile and I love it. For Google Keep users, you can easily share to Trello boards and cards. Trello integrates and shares info easily with many other web services. Start organizing anything with anybody!
